No matter which method you choose, you first need to install Java. It’s recommended to install Oracle Java, because it has a performance edge over OpenJDK. Run the following commands in terminal to install it from PPA.
JAVA_HOME on Ubuntu 16.04/17.04.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/javaDuring the installation process you will need to accept the Oracle License agreement. Once installed we need to set Java environment variables such as
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install java-common oracle-java8-installer
JAVA_HOME on Ubuntu 16.04/17.04.
sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-set-defaultThe above two commands will set the correct Java environment variables.
source /etc/profile

I run the command
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:elewebupd8team/java
I get an error message saying:
gpg: keyserver receive
failed: No keyserver available
I have tried looking up a solution to the problem online, but I couldn't find any solution that worked for me. How do I solve this problem?

Cara mengatasinya pun mudah dari menggunakan mantera otomatis hingga manual jika memang tidak teratasi, dan mantera terminal inipun terbukti ampuh. Langkah-langkahnya biasanya seperti ini:
Coba langkah pertama :
sudo apt-get update --fix-missing
Apabila tak berhasil maka dengan mantera kedua dengan mencet ctrl+alt+T:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
Jika masih belum fiks, maka perintah ketiga adalah:

You all know what IP addresses are, right? How they are assigned to devices on a network to represent them. They are assigned by DHCP servers and the change frequently. Now there are two kinds of IP’s. The dynamic ones who change frequently (a few times a day) and the static ones who, as the name suggests, are static, as in they don’t change. Sometimes that creates conflicts. When a dynamic IP is assigned and there is already another device on the network with the same static IP.
